RELEASE PERIOD & CANCELLATION FEES

The release period for all allotments will be 28 days and the cancellation charges for all reservations and allotments are as follows:

• - 0 – 7 days – 100% cancellation fee
• - 08 – 14 days – 50%cancellation fee
• - 15 – 30 days – Cost of one night’s stay on Basis booked

CHILD POLICY

• - Age 0 – 05 yrs Free of Charge on the basis booked.
• - Age 06 – 12 yrs accommodation sharing parent’s room 50% discount on the Double Room rate on the basis booked with extra bed. Meals will be charged.

GOVERNMENT TAXES

Please note that in the event of the Sri Lankan Government increases or introduces new taxes we will be compelled to increase our rates accordingly.
